Ingredients
1 sachet Foodlink Smoothie (Any flavour)
20g Porridge Oats
100g Soya Yoghurt
50ml Water or Coconut Water.
Handful of chopped fresh fruit to serve
Instructions
- Add any flavour sachet of Foodlink Smoothie to a bowl and mix with the porridge oats. Spoon over the soya yoghurt and water or coconut water. Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate overnight. Serve the next morning with your choice of chopped fresh fruit.
