Ingredients
1 pot Nutrirem Vanilla
3 digestive biscuits
1 tsp unsalted butter melted
100g full fat cream cheese
4 fresh raspberries
5 blueberries
Ice cubes
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and stir in the melted butter.
- Add to the base of a glass and press with the back of a spoon to form a biscuit layer. Chill.
- Stir a pot of Nutricrem Vanilla and fold into the cream cheese.
- Layer on top of the biscuit and chill for a few hours. Serve with fresh raspberries and blueberries.
